Smell of vanilla from cow dung!?

Last week, the ceremony of the Ig Nobel Prize was done at the Harvard University in the United States and japanese Mr. Mayo Yamamoto won a chemical prize. She developed the technology that extracted smell element "Vanillic aldehyde" of the vanilla from the cow excrement. It's a very unique research! This can apply the shampoo and the wax candle to the aroma additive. But...It seems to need courage to use it.
