80 percent of workers have experienced bullying at the office
a suvey was took to investigate about bullying at office.
80 percent of the questioneers answered that they have been experienced or counseled about it at least once.
In detail, 78 percent of people who have experienced bullying in office said they have experienced power harassment.
I felt a little scarly to work at office. Im afraid ill experience power harassment in future when i got to work.

I think many companies in Japan are still in classic Japanese system. Superiors or bosses are not a moral man. They think they are forgived for their rudeness manners. I wish this kind of Japanese style will be abolished.

80 percent is very high. I afraid myself when I work an office.
I cannot allow power harassment.
