tornado prospect

The news says that "the tornado prospect study group" will be set up!!!!!! They will do research and development of tornade prospect system. I hope their study will succeed and people all over the world wil get the way to be in safe from tornado!!!!!! I am afraid of earthquick too, so I hope there will be same group for that.
