Do you sleep well? Sleeping has many merit. Not only you can relax your brain and body,but you can get beautiful skin!! And do you know that sleeping in the daytime is good for your brain ?If you sleep for about 15 minutes after the lunch,you can stay comfortably without sleepiness.Don't sleep after 3 o'clock.and you must not sleep over 30 minutes.This prevents you from the night sleep. I think it's very effective.I recommend you to try it!!

I didn't know that sleeping in the daytime has many merits. I like to sleep and I sometimes sleep in the daytime, in the lesson.
