Strange thief

A strange thief was arrested yesterday. He sneaked into restaurants and ate different foods arbitrarily. Besides this, he cook with using ingredients in the restaurants. He testified "I was hungry.". He stole chocolates which is employee's snacks, too. First, I was surprised to hear the news, then I laughed.
