Cactus Biofuel

Have you ever heard about the bio fuel? It is the fuel that is made from plants. In November 26, a Mexican Foreign Minister said that there are researches about the bio fuel made by cactuses (さぼてん) in Mexico. Recently, Mexico was suffered from jumping of tortilla(トルティーヤ)`s price and this jumping was affected from USA`s research about the bio fuel made from corn. Mexican government said that we need to find the materials of bio fuel without affecting consumer prices. I agree with Mexican government. The problem of fuels is surely overhanging, but it is no use to solve this problem with giving neighboring countries bad affection. I think we need to think solution that is more efficient to any countries. What do you think?
