mobile phones for children

Today, almost all of children have mobile phone. When I was pupil, few students have mobile phone. Why recent pupild have mobile phone? I think security of Japan is cause of it and many hildren go to some lessons. Parents worry about their children. I hope that a society which need not to have children have mobile phone.
