Physical punishment

There is yet the physical punishment by the teacher. It was in front of an area in old days. However, it is different now. I become the problem if I swat it a little. However, the protector makes the bad part of the child the responsibility of the school. I think that such a terrible protectors increased. I am discouraged in such world. Why will not discipline be possible by oneself? I think that I should have made a law about such an education.
