Japanese culture

I focus on “Bento”. There is the Bento all over the world. For example, in America there is sandwich and in India of course bring curry. However, in Japan the quality of Bento is highest in the world. One reason is rice. There are two kinds of rice in the world greatly. One is Japonica rice, the other is indica rice. The Japonica rice is better taste than the indica rice after they are cooked, so this good point develop the Japanese “BENTO” culture.

Does India rice taste better for people who have grown up with eating India rice? I think that you cannot say that which bento quality is higher. Each bento blongs to each culture, and each culture has each favor. I can hear that your saying is like a kind of streo-type and disrespect other cultures. You should make sure.

I think Japan's bento is high quality, too. There are many depachika bento and ekiben. When I was in America, many children only had sandwiches and potatos. I think Japanese bento is also healthy.
