“Mobage-town” is popular game site for cell phone among junior high and high school students. The company managing this site announced that they are going to put restriction on mailing service. In November, a girl high school student was killed by 30 years old man. They got to know each other in the site, so the company was forced to take prompt measures. In the new rule, mailing under 13 years old will be prohibited, and between 13 to 18 years old will be restricted. Furthermore, they are going to increase the number of observers to check exchanging letters, from about 100 to about 300. Many crimes are now related to cell phone site or internet website. There is necessity of making new rules not to involve under ages to the crime.
