Suicide

Those who commit suicide keep increasing. 30,000 people commit suicide in one year. It is done because of bullying and the debt. I think that the person must not commit suicide. However, I do not understand the method of stopping committing suicide. I cannot persuade those who commit suicide. To decrease the suicide, should we change society?
