Blast of car

In Algeria, 2 cars were blowed up at the same time.This crime is regarded by Alkaida.Because of this blast, as least 26 people were killed and the facirity of the United Nations suffered too.Why theses types of attacs are not finished?Nation and alkaida should negociate each other.Solution of violence is not real solution.I am very sad whenever I see these affair.
