The rain freezed the surface of the earth instantly, so traffic accident happened one arter another.23 people was killed by those traffic accidents.In Okulahoma, Missouri, Kansas and Iowa, the people had blackout at least 930000 houses.And in Okulahoma, Missouri and Kansas declared the state of emergency.The government of America lanched the asistance of Okulahoma.I had never known this type of rain!I think it is very dangerous to drive an ice road like a skating rink!!
