"I was arrested because I have no restroom in my house."
According to the Reuters, local authorities of Uganda arrested at least 100 people that they just have no restroom in their home. It's because Cholera is spread in Uganda now, so things which connect to insufficient sewerage system have been excluded. Actually, 164 people are infected with cholera and eight people die. Cholera is so heavy illness and we should do something for decleasing damages, but I think the problem like this is too much.

I think that government shold not arrest them but support to build restrooms in their homes.

And I am worried about the spread of the illnes into the world.
