Manners of bicycle
We don't have to carry a license to ride bicycle. But, we must keep to manners. Recentry, I had driving the vicinity and I saw a woman. She riding her bicycle watch her cellular pfone on the rodeway. She was very obstructed, but she din't notice at all. I think when ride bicycle and car, we must keep to manners. If one dose that, we don't make trouble to others and we can reduce traffic accident.
