The natural power cannot be beated by human beings, so it is important to cooperate with others so that everyone can live happy life.

Think Secret, a website which is about rumor was shut. The legal battle started since 2005 because the rumor's website inform the Apple's product which was not announced to public yet. According to the news Apple is very sensitive in informing new products. Surprisingly the website was held by Mr Ciarelli when he was 13 years old and is now a student at Harvard University.

I will be an adult in February. But It is difficult to be a genuine adult. It is not possible to become an adult only by aging. Some adults are worse than some children. According to an educational oganisation, there is big difference between scholastic ability of elementary students in metropolitan area and in not metropolitan area. Especially, difference of arithmetic is outstanding. Students in metropolitan area had twice T-score of students of not metropolitan area. I think cram school made this difference. I hope government make some place to study in not metropolitan area, because there are few cram school.

An asteroid perhaps collides with Mars

According to NASA, an asteroid (a kind of planet) perhaps collides with Mars in the end of January.  I heard that an asteroid collide with Mars once 1,000 years.   If it antually collide, we are very lucky.  If it makes crater, we might be able to discover something.  I'm interested about the universe, so I can't wait the end of January. In these days, some politician in Japan discuss how to deal creatures from outer space, but I think that it is ridiculous and they should discuss other things such as tax problem or corruption of politicians. Anyway, I look forward to hearing some discovery about the universe.

The former Prime Minister of the UK, Tony Blair converts from the Church of England to Catholicism.  I heard that his wife and children are Catholic. You may think "So what?", but this news means that for British people, it is very big news.  Hearing this news, I wonder whether the UK separate religion and politics or not.  I don't know.  Not only the UK but also America unites religion and politics in some cases.  I don't think that it is bad, but I've believed that separation of church and state is common sense, so I was shocked.  However Japan also unite religion and politics in some times.  As you know, Prime Minister visits Yasukuni Shurine almost every year.  I don't know and confuse the criteria of "separation of religion and politics".

Bereaved family criticise the kindergarten

Do you remember the news that the little kindergartener boy was left in the car under the scorching sun and died?  It was too terrible. The parents of the boy criticise the director of the kindergarten because they feel that the director doesn't have sincerity.  He apologized to the parents, but there is no detailed progress report about this terrible accident and the parents feel that his feeling of apology doesn't appear in his attitude. I feel very sorry that even if the parents make effort to recover their sadness they cannot, beacause anyway their child doen't revive.  The director should think and research why this accident occured and how to prevent such issue.  He doesn't have the way to escape from responsibility about this accident.  I wish such terrible accident will never occur.

Hello. Merry Christmas! This is my last contribution. I'm so happy! Today's my topic is is sibling. Meaning of sibling is brother and sister. Also, I especially write about characters by a position of sibling. For example, you will bring up three sons, your oldest son may be very honest and wise because he always think about parents and responsibility for his family. However, your second son will become funny. He will challenge new things because he want to attract your attention. Also, your yongest son will be selfishness. So, the position of sibling is more important to making formation of characters than brood types or constellation.

Mori Bldg company compared Tokyo, New York, London, Paris and Shanghai and found that people in London go to museum twice times as people in Tokyo. Actually, I've not visited museum for years.  According to survey, Tokyo people go there for recreation, but people in other cities go for education, stimulation, inspiration or so.  I think that museum is not familiar for Tokyo people.  Museum will teach us a lot of things.  Fotunately there are many museums in Tokyo.  I want to go to museum many times in next year.

Kodansya erased a word "eat" from strap advertisement of weekly magazine in train.  Their advertisement say "Don't eat McDonald!"  Many train companies criticize the sentense because it is too direct expression. I think it is strange.  In Japan, there are many advertisement which mention about rumor of famous people without any evidence or extreme sexual expression.  I think these expressions have more effect for people than the sentense "Don't eat McDonald!"

A proffesor of University Michigan announced result of survey "Divorce is not good for environment." He says after divorce, couple live separately, it means he(she) need new house. Increasing divorce promote uban sprawl and consumption water, electicity etc. I think this announcement is a little doubtful. However, people should not be divorced for children, environment and so on.

On Dec,2o, it was found that siberia tigger was killed, skined and carried away his head and arms and legs at zoo in China. I feel very sad and anger. I sympathize with tigger. Zoo should strengthen security and save animals. I hope that the criminal(s) are arrested.

Today, almost all of children have mobile phone. When I was pupil, few students have mobile phone. Why recent pupild have mobile phone? I think security of Japan is cause of it and many hildren go to some lessons. Parents worry about their children. I hope that a society which need not to have children have mobile phone.

Shooting rampage in Sasebo

The shooting rampage last week in Sasebo. A gunman in camouflage gear entered a sports club and fired a shotgun more than a dozen times, killing two people and injuring six others,including two children. Later, the gunman killed himself with the same gun. This news is very shocking. It is because Japan is peace country compared to other countries and Japan has not this type of crime before. I hope that Japanese government make gun control low more strict and never happen crime like this.

When the company started to sell the cookie again, the company worried so much if customer buy their goods but regardless of their anxious customer doesn't care about the expiration date at all and now they make a row to buy the cookie. Company became better in that they highten their consciousness to make good products but customer is still too careless. I think we should be more sensitive to protect ourself from bad things like the manipulation of the expiration date.

Tyuetsu Earthquake

People who sufferd from Tyuetsu Earthqauake in October, 2004 conducted welcome back party which is called "Kisonsiki" in Japanese. About 400 people joined this ceremony and did "mochitsuki". The head of the village said that they did not think that they will be able to come back to the village 3 years ago, but thatnks for the supports we could make it. They are concerned about aging society because now there are may elder people. On my opinion, I did not know that people are still sufferd from this earthquake. We do not have a chance to know if media does not pick up for this topic. I want people to have thier normal life as early as possible.

How can we help poor children?

From the article I read this morning said that about 97million children are dying in a year. Only a drop of Vitamin A will help them get better to live but most of us are not aware of this. Bying a one can of juice can help sufferintg children. When I take a look around, I see many waste that should not be happened. In Japan, we live in society that ample of things exist and we abondon many things saying "this is too old" . We buy many things not thinking about the consequence of throwing them away soon. Unfortunetely we get used to living filled with excess. I think it is better if we set a vending machine that the money we paid will automatically result in donation. In my high school there was an argument whether to set this vending machine. This plan was unsucceded in my high school but this will work out in our university,I think. When we donate money we feel happy and satisfied to the action we took and this fulfillment will lead to the world peace, I believe. If the whole nation will gather as one, then we could break out the gap, discrimination, and poverty. We are all humans and humans can understand what other human beings feel.

NASA found out that little planet will be crashed into Mars in the chances of 1 out of 75. NASA showed that this will happen in Jan. 30th in next year. This chances of 1 out of 75 is very high possibility and the closest planet Mars will get some burnt on it. I was first scared that the the fragment will come to earth but I guess it will not happen by reading sources of newspaper. When I hear stories about planet and space, I feel complexed because we live on Earth which fits to necessity of humans. If some condition will change, then human cannot adopt to the change and soon humans will extinct. If some mistake will happen in NASA, or changes in the planet which is going to hit Mars, and planet will hit Earth, we are definately in trouble. One country can be gone in seconds and many will be environmental refugees. I assume that humans are weak compared to other animals and plants but to humans became smart inorder to survive in nature. However humans have not yet invented the way to stop planets crashing into Earth. I believe acknowledgement is the only tool that can help humans in emergency.

Freeway Between Shinjuku and Ikebukuro

On 22th, December at 4:00 p.m., freeway between Ikebukuro and Shinjuku opened. Thanks to this freeway only it takes 55 minutes to go to Misato in Saitama from Takaido in Tokyo althogh it took 90 minutes before this opening. Also it is estimated that because the average of speed increases to 43km from 26km, senction of traffic jam willn decrease for 20%. I was glad to hear this news because I hate being in traffic jam. Tokyo is always crowded so that there are traffic jams everywhere. Althogh there are not enough space to have freeway, we want to have many ways to go as much as possible.

77 billion yen for the bonus

The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Goldman Sachs, the major investment banking firms, Lloyd C. Blankfein will receive the total of 67.9 million dollars (about 77 billion yen) for this year’s his bonus. According to Wall Street Journal, this is the greatest amount of remuneration in all executives of American financial institution. Recently there were many injustice among food industry. Most popular fast food, Mcdonnald's salad was expired the date noted on the box, and butcher company sold chicken with a different brand. I believe that people are very conscious about the food and I see many customers checking in the supermarket. Food Counterfeitng refers losing trust between customers and food company. Since their commodity is the food, it makes them stand in difficult condition when they betrayed customers. Companies must reconfirm the safety of their product and this is their responsibility. Although they are doing for their business, which is commercialism, I believe the strong connection of trust between customers and shop is priceless. Santa Claus shooted by drug cartel

At Rio de Janeiro, a man wearing a santa constume was on the helicopter to deliver present for poor children. But the helicopter was shooted by a drug cartel. Fortunately no one was hurt with this incident. This man successed in delivering the presents. This was his fourth time to give presents to children. I think this man is wonderful!! Studying and me

Studying is very difficult for me. Because I'm very careful while I'm studying. If teacher told to me "A", I think "That's really correct?" first. When I got it cleary and got involved the knowledge, then if I could use it naturally, my study about that will finish. But as usual, the distance between here and the goal is so long. My head quest to myself "Is it true?". So, I'm not good at studying or learning in those velocity. But I can remember it long as I think it again and again. That's studying for me. So, I think JUST STUDYING is lazy and not good for all. Why don't you thinking again?

On 20th December, mobile mixi has started Pikopiko mixi which is free game using cellphones. After playing game, we can see our score and ranking. Also, we can paste our score to the diary. There are games including "Kamen rider", "Soreyuke! Mayuge-!" and so on. I tried the games right away. I especially liked "Mokkori Makige-!!". It was awesome!! I think this system is really strict, however, this can make hard woker. Compare with China, Japanese educational system is easy and making lazy student by "YUTORI" education. One is about the event that people helped a deer which was involved in the accident. and another is about the hardness of killing the increasing raccoon. When I read these news, I felt that we, humanbeing, is so selfish. When we look back the history of the earth, the big change was leaded by us only in the past century. 100 years ago, there were not so many buildings and roads, but now we are living with many technological machine. WE changed the environment of the earth and nature world. Today some people point out that we can't live in this earth forever because we changed the environment of the earth too much. I heard that the person who always thinks “I should do” is apt to be in a depressed state. It is good to have a sense of responsibility. And then, such a person gain people’s confidence. I am worried that some children cannot learn in good environment suitable for education just because their parents don't have enough money. Education should be equipped with children in equal. I think Japanese government should change the education system so that children are given a chance to learn according to their will not their family environment. For example,it should make the tuition in public schools lower.

Goodwill may get suspended

The Health, labor and Welfare ministry is planning to suspension on temp staff agency Goodwill Inc. for sending employees to engage in banned lines of work and other violations, government sources said Saturday. They should be banned because this problem make older people afraid to have a health care. Japan is getting aging society so I think this kind of problem should not be happened.

Popular American scientific magazine “Science” had announced this year’s top 10 research work. The research for induced pluripotent stem cells, or iPS cells, succeeded to develop first time in the world by Prof. Yamanaka at Kyoto University was ranked in second place. iPS cells have possibility to develop into various types of cells, like organ or tissue cells. It was made from skin, and brings less ethical problem than embryonic stem (ES) cells which is made by breaking fertilized egg. The Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology announced to support this research while U.S. is quickly catching up with Japan for their deep capital and resources of brains. As Japan is the first country to succeed, I hope Japan to have authority for this iPS cells.

One company’s boss was arrested for assaulting one of his employees. The employee was died because of the violence. The boss said that the victim was absent from work without permission. So he got angry. Firstly, he just scolded the employee. However, his action escalated. Finally, he assaulted his employee. The boss punched victim’s stomachache in front of victim’s house. The employee died. This case is so bad. The boss may repeat such action unless he is able to control his feeling.

Today is Japanese emperor's birthday. Recently we are likely to regard as a just holiday, I think we have to celebrate his birthday. It is because the only emperor can do diplomatic actions without poritical actions. and Japan is minor group who has the empror and a long history of it. When I was a child, I couldn't understand why the empror is so important. but now I feel the exsistance of emperor is valuable for Japan. and it is a wonderful thing to make a pure realtionship with other countries by the emperor.

In Tokyo Ueni park, many people are affraid that ducks might not be able to fly to north because of metabolic syndrome. Therefore, Tokyo prefecture ban from not to feed ducks. However, a specialty said there are no need to be worry. Ducks get fat before they fly to north before spring and after they become thin again, so it is natural for them to get fat now. In my view point, even what a specialty said was true, it is not good to feed ducks too much. They may lose ability to hunt. I consider it is one of their joy to live. We cannot deprive their reason to live.

New law for children's right

In this 20th, The Spanish government has approved a new law. That law is said "We must protect and raise children's dignity of body and soul".
In my opinion, protecting children from DV or a violation from others is good. But are we can't educate or scold children with hitting it? Of course, I don't think hitting children is a good way to raise children. But should it be banned by law?

Lately drinking drivers increase, and many people were killed by drinking drivers. I think these drivers must have known the risk of drinking driving, but they may have made light of it. In Japan we've not have the strong punishment of this kind of crimes. But this kind of crimes should not be allowed. I think each individual should make a conscious effort. And If we do, this kind of accidents will decrease, I guess. Also the government should make the stronger law for the punishment, and police also has to check drivers regularly I think.

Because of the case of gun in Nagasaki prefecture, air-gun is becoming significantly less popular now. Toy stores put air guns and other gun toys on non-conspicuius place intentionally. Many mothers say they do not want their children to see fake guns. The effest of the case was very huge. I think this tendency is very good. We should abolish gun from Japan not to be like America.

Last week, the new Korean presedent, Mr. Lee Myung Bak, was elected. This is going to be the conservative office in 10 years in Korea. This change is a chance to make a good and strong realtionship between Korea and Japan, I think. And I really hope this change would be a opportunity for the settlement of the North Korea's kidnap problem and I also hope people who were kidnapped would come back to Japan safely.

November 23rd, the test named "Zenkoku Touitsu shougakusei Test(全国統一小学生テスト)" was had by YotsuyaOtsuka prep school. According to the result, there are big gap between a metropolitan area and country side students. A metropolitan area students had 3times better grade compared to country side's students. I think this is one of the problem of area gap. We need to encourage country side and stop a decreace population of country side.

The time with many infectious diseases came this year. It develop the roe deer virus through fish and shellfish. Nausea and high heat continue when they develop it. The symptom is cured in two or three days. However, It is very hard. A gargle, a bathroom are the first to prevent it. Though I had not developed it, I thought that I was very fierce. Therefore I think that I must do the prevention well.

The reason is that their was a plagiarism(盗作) in their magazine "MAGAJIN DRAGON". The title was "MEGABAKA". The comic was said that there were many plagiarism in it, then the writer acknowledged it. For example, very famous comic "DEATH NOTE" was a one of stolen comics.

November 19th, fourth grade student suffered from a brain concussion because his teacher did corporal punishment to him. At that day, it was the student's turn to ready a school lunch, but he was playing. The teacher got angry at him, and grab his head then flung his head against the teacher's desk. I cannot believe what the teacher did. Many teacher used to do corporal punishment, but they knew how extent they can do surely. Nowadays, schools have a lot of problems, we need to reconsider them now for children.

Prime Minister Fukuda finally decided to give the aid, or the money to all the Hepatitis C patients. Until Sunday, all the plaintiffs of victims were desperate because Fukuda did not approve to their demand of saving all the victims. However, Fukuda changed his mind about it. I believe this is important matter for Fukuda to gain popularity. Since he has troubles for forgetting the pledge or the promise and criticized about it, he needed to be trusted. A new route was opened to Tokyo Metropolitan Expressway. This was opened for the traffic jam cancellation. There is an opinion that some people were very canceled, on the other hand, there is an opinion of not changing. If the road opens newly, the traffic jam is not canceled soon. Because the road situation has improved little by little, I think that I should patiently improve it.

We see a lot of crows living in Tokyo. Many people hate them because they are annoying and mess up our trash. It is very famous that crows are very smart that they use cars to break wulnuts.Scientists in Tokyo Univ. mentioned that crows come to urban cities because it is filled with many leftovers and not that they were forced to come by less space to live. I consider that humans need to know about this and nnot to produce leftovers. I assume that we cannot treat crows as troublemaker but as a sign to tell us not to waste food. There is no guilt uponcrows but us humans.

Dalbish of Nippon Meats has been decided to the annual salary 200 million yen in the coming year. This amount of money is the velocity in 21 years old, and it is exceptional. I am unbelievable in parting of only one age with him. However, the annual salary is an evaluation to this year's activity, and it will be possible not to take an active part similarly next year. Global Warming is affecting to animals and plants. Saury was fished in summer even though they should arrive in autumn. Another example is the tangerine. Many animals are upon the sideline with no place to live, and became extinct. However, changing plant itself is is not a way for the resolution, I think. Humans should be aware that the consequence of continuing of using a lot of electricity and wasting resources more.

Even they are required to pay the fine if they lose in the trial. Moreover these doctors must work from morning to midnight without rests. Many alter the department or quit job. And I assume that doctors quit their job by stress and worries which were caused by their job. Therefore we need to save these doctors in order to correspond in emergency in the birth and children.

Since oil fields in Iraq was attacked, even though Iraq has much crude oil which can deiver to all over the world, it cannot supply stably. Then, major oil company buy much of this oil and accordingly the price of oil is rising. Some people say this oil price rising as "the 3rd oil shock". If this trend will continue, many goods such as toilet papers and note books will dissappear just like past oil shock. This story have direct influence on our life.

Governor of Tokyo department Ishihara planned out "Tokyo in 10 years after". I think that forest is absolutely needed for nations from children to adult because we can feel relaxed when we see green forests. And having more foreign travelers is an ecomically advantage for Japan. All three plans look fabulous however, I think this is not realistic. I believe that difference between urban cities like Tokyo and country side will definately increase if we output this plan. In fact many people in countryside will be forced to live a hard life with the gap in living. I consider that we should spend more money and power to the countryside more that in urban cities because the subsidy has been reduced. This is important in order to make an equalized country.

Garbage everywhere

When I see some rivers and forests, I see them filled with rubbish. Even they are covered with colorful packages of the garbage which were brought from people. I think that first thing we must do to save Earth is reducing rubbish. If we reduce garbage, there will be less producing of petbottles and papers. Then we are not necessarily consume our resources which will lead to saving Earth. Thinking about petbottles, we use them everyday and change them day by day. Although petbottles are made very tough and strong, we discard them away. We definately have to reconsider about this. Recently petbottles which will melt in water are invented for scientific research. This petbottles will experinment how discarded rubbish stack in rivers. Next year these petbottles will be floated. I hope they will contribute to the research so that humans can be aware about the way we throw away our garbage.

Abondoned Animals

In Japan, about 400,000 of dogs and cats are killed per year. In fact, we cannot say that the way animals are killed has no physical pain for the animals. I was surprised to see that there are owners who are called repeaters. They bring their puppies sayintg "My dog made another birth again. Will you take them please?" I consider that there is too big gap among pet owners. Some love pets so much as a member of family, sometimes overwhelming. However some owners who do not care about pet's life. I believe that latter owners have no responsibility to own a pet, someone that waste lives. Reading a newspaper, I was surprised that government is making a plan of establishing animal police to find owners who can look after the abondoned pets. We must consider about pets more because they live with us.

Early morning in December 20, Pikaso's art which drow prtrait of female opera singer was robbed of from Sanpauro musium in Brazil. A robber broke in the closing musium at 5 a.m and take out the art in only three minutes! The robber's technique to take out the art is very incredible, however his action was so bad. Since art is only one, we people must share it importantly.

Prime minister Yasuo Fukuda is scheduled to make four days trip to China from next Thursday for talks with Chinese leaders on a range of bilateral, regional and global issues. Relationship between Japan and China is not good. However, I think Japan should make good relatihonship with China. It is because China is one of the main country of Asia and have big power. If Japan cooperate with China, they can solve many ploblems of Asia and world. I hope this visit make relationship better.

Japan will abandon whale hunt for a while

As you know, many countries especially Australia have been criticizing the whale hunt.  And, Japan decided not to catch humpback whales for one year or two. I don't have enough knowledge about this issue, but I think that both countries should know their opinion deeper.  Many Japanise people think that whale hunt is legal because Japan doesn't catch too many whales and there is no reason why eating domestic animal is admitted but catching whales is not admitted.  Other countries, like Australia, insist that whale hunt is cruel and inhumane, and because the number of whales is decreasing Japan should give up catching and protect them.  I think both opinion is right.  So I don't know why this conflict occur.

Then, parents of students who bullied their juniors apologized to parents of students who were bullied. School punished 4 seniors. Thesedays, I often heard the news about bullying. Bullying is very serious problem. There were many students who commited suicide because of bullying. People who bulliy or bullied someone should notice that bullying is very mean and hateful thing and stop to do it.

According achievement of together all part of the country examination, there is a huge gap of sholastic ability for each part. Especially, third grade student have a huge gap of ability. Forexample,The achievement in Tokyo eria is twice in Hokkaido and Touhoku eria. I think the prpblem is very seriously. Recentry, the number of student who go cram school is increase. Therefore, I think the gap was caused. If the student who cannnot go cram because of money or that there are no cram near, he/she cannnot study well than who can go cram school. I hope the school is changed that student don't need to go cram school.

There is SEE card for such people. SEE card is used by Takashimaya department store. If you have SEE card, you don't speaked to by sales clerk. I think the idea is very good for me. If you want too, I recommend it. Also, I want that like SEE card is popularised.

Physical punishment

There is yet the physical punishment by the teacher. It was in front of an area in old days. However, it is different now. I become the problem if I swat it a little. However, the protector makes the bad part of the child the responsibility of the school. I think that such a terrible protectors increased. I am discouraged in such world. Why will not discipline be possible by oneself? I think that I should have made a law about such an education.

Toy shop earn a lot of money during Christmas season. However they hold back selling toy guns because of the gun affair happened in Sasebo, Nagasaki. The shop "Omocha no Fukumaruya" said " There was the time a lot of air guns and gas guns were sold but after the gun affair, we hold back selling toy guns and we moved place to sell guns from front to back. I'm so afraid" There were also the affair which related to gangs this year. I can' t believe there are people who buy toy guns for children. I think gun shold be more restricted.

Third is being forgotten a promise. Forth is Being alone by breaking up with a girlfriend or boyfriend before Christmas. Fifth is being rejected a plan because of jobs.
