Freeway Between Shinjuku and Ikebukuro

On 22th, December at 4:00 p.m., freeway between Ikebukuro and Shinjuku opened. Thanks to this freeway only it takes 55 minutes to go to Misato in Saitama from Takaido in Tokyo althogh it took 90 minutes before this opening. Also it is estimated that because the average of speed increases to 43km from 26km, senction of traffic jam willn decrease for 20%. I was glad to hear this news because I hate being in traffic jam. Tokyo is always crowded so that there are traffic jams everywhere. Althogh there are not enough space to have freeway, we want to have many ways to go as much as possible.
