CO2 regulation in Europe

EU decided to regulate CO2 of airplane. Eu is going to decide the maximum of CO2, and airplane company which surpass the maximum have to pay money and the company is banned from flying. This may affect Japanese airplane company. In my opinion, to stop global warming, this regulation is very good. And Japanese governmert should regulate CO2 more strictly like this.
