Additional issue of New year's card
Japanese Postal and Telecommunications Group decided to issue one billion New year's card additionally. I was surprised to hear this news. I thought people who write New year's card were decreasing. Acutually, I don't write it. It is good that Japanese traditional culture revive.

I hadn't been writing the new years card for several years too. But this year, I'm planning to send some to my old friends.
