Building were collapsed in Egypt

A 12 story block of flats collapsed in Egypt's second city, Alexandria. And at least five people have died by this accident. In Egypt this type of accident happens frequently, because many buildings are constructed with poor materials and regulations doesn't followed. In this case, two storeys had been added illegally to this building.
