depression

I heard that the person who always thinks “I should do” is apt to be in a depressed state. It is good to have a sense of responsibility. And then, such a person gain people’s confidence. But this sense of duty makes the person suffer on occasion. Another cause is having a pessimistic view. Sometime, we need positive thinking.

Yes, having too much sense of responsibility is not good. Such people need someone's help. If your friend is such person, you should say "you don't have to do!". Actually my sister has been in dipression for a long time, but my mother and father do not say to go to school anyway, and to go out or so on. Thanks to their help, now she is somewhat recovering.
We do not have to be positive, but not to think things too seriously is important to our healthy life.
