Is she innocent??

Do you remember the incident that Shizuka Hatakeyama killed a boy liveng near by, and also her own daughter?? Her lawyer is saying at the court that she has lost her memory when her dauther fell from a bridge, and she killed the boy from the shock of it. I think she is not telling the truth. But it would be very difficult to prove what really happened. No one but herself knows the truth.
