Bereaved family criticise the kindergarten

Do you remember the news that the little kindergartener boy was left in the car under the scorching sun and died?  It was too terrible. The parents of the boy criticise the director of the kindergarten because they feel that the director doesn't have sincerity.  He apologized to the parents, but there is no detailed progress report about this terrible accident and the parents feel that his feeling of apology doesn't appear in his attitude. I feel very sorry that even if the parents make effort to recover their sadness they cannot, beacause anyway their child doen't revive.  The director should think and research why this accident occured and how to prevent such issue.  He doesn't have the way to escape from responsibility about this accident.  I wish such terrible accident will never occur.
