The decrease of the obstetrician

According to the investigation of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare,the number of obstetrician fell below 10,000 people. It keeps decreasing in obstetrics and surgery though the number of doctors is the increasing tendencies. The difference between regions is also large.I think that this is a very serious problem.The obstetrician is severe work but it is very important.I wish this situation is improved.
