One company’s boss was arrested for assaulting one of his employees. The employee was died because of the violence. The boss said that the victim was absent from work without permission. So he got angry. Firstly, he just scolded the employee. However, his action escalated. Finally, he assaulted his employee. The boss punched victim’s stomachache in front of victim’s house. The employee died. This case is so bad. The boss may repeat such action unless he is able to control his feeling.
