Corporal punishment

November 19th, fourth grade student suffered from a brain concussion because his teacher did corporal punishment to him. At that day, it was the student's turn to ready a school lunch, but he was playing. The teacher got angry at him, and grab his head then flung his head against the teacher's desk. I cannot believe what the teacher did. Many teacher used to do corporal punishment, but they knew how extent they can do surely. Nowadays, schools have a lot of problems, we need to reconsider them now for children.
