Number of doctors are in trouble

Numbers of doctors in Pediatrician and Obstetrician are decreasing. Many families are feeling anxous about it. The data showed that comparing 2 prefectures with most pediatrician and obstetrician and the least, the prefecture which have most doctors had 2 times that of the least. From this research I think these specialized doctors should be given extra income in their job because their job has a lot of chances to be sued. Also in my consideration, we can welcome doctors in foreign countries to help today's situation. Since making birth is deadly matter, many doctors are tried in court when something wrong happens. Even they are required to pay the fine if they lose in the trial. Moreover these doctors must work from morning to midnight without rests. Many alter the department or quit job. And I assume that doctors quit their job by stress and worries which were caused by their job. Therefore we need to save these doctors in order to correspond in emergency in the birth and children.
