Tokyo Metropolitan Expressway

A new route was opened to Tokyo Metropolitan Expressway. This was opened for the traffic jam cancellation. There is an opinion that some people were very canceled, on the other hand, there is an opinion of not changing. If the road opens newly, the traffic jam is not canceled soon. Because the road situation has improved little by little, I think that I should patiently improve it.
