Tax prison
The Fuchu prison is filled with the foreigner now. The prison is insufficient while the number of foreigner convict increases. It is a problem that the number of foreigner convict increases.
It is a problem that the tax is used for us for the convict. In addition, there are as many as 90 percent repeat offenders. I don't want such people to use our tax.

I agree with you! I cannot stand to be used our tax by prisoner!! They are criminals. They should pay money rather than we pay. So, I think it is better way that climinals work in prisons and pay money to stay in prisons.
I was surprised! I do not want prisoners to use our tax too. They should pay fire even they finished imprisonment at hard labor.
