theft at universities

25 years old woman was arrested for theft and intrusion. She trespassed on universities and committed a theft. She pretended to be a student and stole cash and bankbook. She entered the campus in daytime which many students come in and out, and aimed at clubrooms, locker rooms, and offices. She confessed that she had committed about 50 crimes. The total amount of damage is about 4 million yen. In her confession, she said universities are easier to trespass than junior high schools and high schools because their guard was loose. I had been thinking for along time that, although there is a guard, they can’t identify he/she is the student belong to the school or not if one seemed like student. So it is meaningless to have many guards at the entrance of the universities.
