Do you know "Comic Market"?
This is a festival that takes a part two times in summer and winter every year.
Place is TOKYO big site. Date is this Dec. 29,30,and 31th. Great number of people gather from all around the world.(Not a joke)
This is a festival for many comis and anime fans. They sell their own comic books, CDs, novels, etc,etc.... And also you can see many people who is doing costume playing.
Maybe you'd like it.

One of my friends go to comic market regularly with suitcase. I can't understand her action, but this event became one of Japanese culture surely.
I did not that there is such an event. There must be many peple who are very original. I think it is good intercultual understanding using Comic of culture. However, I would not like to join the event. It is kind of scared.
