Privatization of Post Office

In this Oct 1st, Japanese Post office will be privatized.
Post ofice will be a kind of company, the number of staff become approximately twentyfour hundreds thousand and the gross property will be threehundreds and thirtyeight trilion yen.
This reformation was suggested by Jyunichiro Koizumi who was the prime minister of Japan. Public post office was said that it was a root of wasting tax. There were many conflict over this Bill, this conflict ends with his victory, I think.
Management of post office would be efficient and cost that the government payed was reduced. But this makes a problem. Reduced back up will cost us more money to take service. And some post ofice in local area were closed, so some people has become hard to use post office. Yet solution to solve these problems is not practiced.
In my opinion, I agree with privatizing post office, but these problems must be solved immediately. What do you think about this problem?
