Taxi Driver

What do you think about a taxi driver? I'm sorry if you are a party of taxi driver, but I don't like them. Of course some of them are very kind, but I have an image of them as a cold person. The other day, I had to go to where my friend was suddenly,so I got a taxi. Because I wanted to get it right away,I asked the driver whose taxi was in the back of the taxi line to pick me up. However, he said "No.You must take taxi which is the front of this line.It's the rule." to me coldly!! And, another example,when I walked the street as a foot passenger,the driver sounded the car horn without hesitation in spite of not so dengerous!! Also,I think the fare is very high!!! So, I don't want to get a taxi without a emergency situation.
