hygiene department in Washington stated that the proportion of an outbreak of AIDS was 128.4 poeple per 100,000 people in 2006. This rate was worst in the U.S. This rate of increase is even bigger than NY and Chicago and other big cities. AIDS is increasing in Japan too. I do not recognize to AIDS so much ,but it might be familiar issue....
