Traffic Accident

2 weeks ago, my friend was admittred to the hospital. It because he was run over by a car and had fracture. There is surprising that the car was patrol car! Even though he was riding a bike on the green light, the patrol car run over the him!! The more terrible thing is, at that time, the police said "this accident was cause of you.We didn't wrong." Don't you believe it?! He said, he continues to try to complain about this accident to trial. So I wish he can prove innocent.
