Chinese artificial satellite

Novembere 12 th, China succeeded in launching of an artificial satellite. As everyone knows, recently Chinese technology is developing rapidly. But many developed countries like Japan, America and so on still surport China in economicallyI wonder wheather such countries need surport for china. Because ,as I said, Chinese technology will catch up with these developed countries and Chinese government criticize Japan about historical problems. Developed countries should behave more strictly.
