Where is our tax going?

Recently the abuse of tax is one of the most important and controversial issues. I think members of the Diet including mintsers are delegations of our city, society and also nation.but they didn't use our tax in the proper way. So I think we can't ignore these scandals because it's our tax!! Actually we don' t know where our tax is gone.... So I feel they should show us the way of the using tax clearly!And these scandals should be never allowed in order to prevent this kind of matters.
