a fire chief committed indecent conduct

A fire chief of Suginami fire station was arrested on the suspicion of committing indecent conduct. On November 1st, he touched a high school girl's hip on the train. She catched him right away. An unbelievable case happend again. These days I often hear the news about commitings of goverment official workers such as policemen and so on. They are supposed to be keep our country safe, but they do the opposite things. I feel shame at this fact. By the way, the girl's courage is great. I could never do like her.
