Driving without a license

A fireman of Numazu, Shizuoka was unlicensed and operated a fire engine. This was reported to the Numazu police station by anonymity. When the police examined circumstances at a fire department, a climinal returned by fire engine. I thought that it was unbelievable. I have laughed.
