A New Measure of Refueling will be passed.

It is presumed that a new special measures law on terrolism will be adopted in November 13th. This new measure was made on the purpose of starting the Maritime Self-Defence Force's refueling mission in the India Ocean. Although DPJ is against this idea, they are not going to refuce this measure. So, a new special measures law on terrolism will be approved by a majority vote from the Government party. I think that this measure should absolytely abolished. Japan must not do something which promote war anymore. Refueling, dispatching troops to Iraq, spending too much money on U.S military, and more... all of them contribute to promoting law. This fact is against Japanese constitution and national idea. Considering not only achieving Japanese domestic peace but world peace, Japan cannot assist to do war. I believe that Japan has become a key to world peace, and Japan's every action can change the situation of the world.
