13 years boys are in prison
In America, 2225 children who are under 18 years are in prison for life imprisonment. In these children, there are 73 children who are 13 or 14 years. Some human rights association appeal that children should be given one more chance.
I think this is a very difficult problem because if they are given one more chance, they may commit a crime again, but life imprisonment is too barbarous for 13 or 14 years children I think.
Honestly, I don't know this is right or wrong, but I hope parents should have affection to children to grow up normally . Crime of children is social problem and cause of such problem should be studied.

I totally agree with you on your last comment that said parents must afford children a strong affectionate to avoid children becoming criminals. Those who happens to be criminal must have different form of love from parents. I was so surpirsed to see the number of children under 18 given life imprisonment. These children are not allowed to go out in their life time but they have done to deserve their sacrifice. We definately need to find ways to stop criminals of young and adolesces by proving a warm care with a lot of love for the children to make sure their belonging.
