Eartheuake In Niigata

Yesterday it was 3 years since big earthquake occurred in Niigatta area. I heard because of this earthquake, many people died and some cities were badly damaged. And still now cities haven't recoverd yet. Furthermore some problems happened. and it is losing population. So to recover citis is not going well. Now it is said that we will have a big earthquake in japan in a near future. But many people don't care about it. When I read this news article, I felt as if it were my own affair. So I think we have to take this matter seriously and prepare for calamities to be protect ourselves whenever it will happen.
