Let's eat fish
The organization which builds up mothers’ health in America published that expectant mothers and the mothers who nurse her baby should eat fish 340 gram a week. The organization explain that “Omega-3 fatty acid” included in sardine, mackerel, tuna and salmon help baby’s brain grow up, and then it has effect of decreasing premature birth and of preventing melancholy after childbirth. So let’s eat a lot of fish.
