Arms don't lost in the world.

If arms lost in the globe, the world will be able to become peacefully. But this is mean go back of civilization. There must not be such a thing. If existing arms lost in the world, new arms appears in the world. Therefore, we don't have to part with arms, but we must not make a wrong use of arms.
