Injustice by food shops

Nowadays, many food shops(even famous food shops) are charged because they deceive custommers by committing injustice such as camouflage of best before end. Even if we eat such foods comitted in justice, we will not die or come down with illness. So I donont think we have to care about it so seriously, but telling lies are not allowed because customers pay money for products. Therefore I think food shops must be honest toward thier customers.
