Regulation of harmful sites

Oct 25, the Cabinet Office published special oponion poll about harmful sites in Internet. The survey shows that 90 % of Japanese people want to regulate harmful site which influence to children by government. From this survey, we can understand that almost people wanto to hold a flood of harmful information. Actually, I sometimes feel bad while net surfing, so I hope government do some action about it.
