Sudden AIDS

Ministry of Health reported that around the urban area has many more new patient of AIDS than urban area. This new patient is patient who already gotten sick when infection proves by test for HIV. So, they are calld "sudden AIDS ". It's so horrible because I am living around the urban area. According to ministry of health ,this result is sign system of test is unsatisfactory. So, I want to get the system ready for citizen at once. Before come out victem.
