Physical Education Day

Today, it was Physical Education Day until 2000. The holiday has been enacted since 1964, the year was that Tokyo Olympic was held. There is a reason for enacting, but institution of happy Monday, which to make more a three-day weekend does not make sense. Many people will be made happy, however I wonder this institution's effect. I think it is more troublesome to go to school on Tuesday than before.
