Bugs Eating an Island

Hoboro Island, in Hiroshima Prefecture, is going to disappear. The main cause is the massive outbreak of harmful insects. It is said that they are eating the island. That insects are only 1 cm but have an strong jaw. There isn't any showing why the outbreak happened. But I think it happened by extraordinary weather. We usually don't care if the temperature change 1 or 2 degrees. However it does change ecosystem. Well, actually I hate bugs. So I really don't want to think about outbreak of insects.
