Do you like chocolates?
A research showed that a mouthful of dark chocolate lowers blood pressure. Mouthful means about 6 grams. The change between before eating and after eating are little but it can prevent many kinds of diseases. On the other hand, if you eat white chocolate, there'll be no change. And eating too much chocolate isn't good for health because of its fat and sugar. So I recommend you to eat dark chocolate a little everyday.

I love chocolates. Chocolates are not only delicious but good for relaxing. But I always eat too much it and that is mastbe but for my health..
I like chocorates too. So I eat chocorates everyday. But I should be carefuly aspect of pimples.
